Artificial Turf, Synthetic Grass or AstroTurf surfaces all collect dirt and debris from general use, footwear, leaf matter, broken fibers and soiling. This dirt will gradually migrate deeper into the pile reducing playing quality. Implementing the correct maintenance program is therefore vital to maximising surface durability. Surfaces also encounter drainage problems as a result of compacted infill and poor sand distribution. Many are worn beyond their years through a simple lack of regular maintenance. This often results in major rejuvenations or even complete overhauls.

Cleaning and brushing remove debris from the surface of the pitch and helps to remove vegetation build up. With time, rubber and sand infill in your artificial surface becomes compacted reducing comfort, drainage and safety.
